Cancellation policy  for the delivery of digital content

Right of withdrawal within the meaning of §13 BGG

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. The possibility of revocation expires automatically when the e-book is downloaded.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send me (Sabine Hahn; Zülpicher Strasse 317; 50937 Cologne; telephone 0221 5700 9381; email post@sabine-hahn.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.  To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, I have given you all payments that I have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, I use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

You are obliged to pay compensation for the digital content delivered up to the point of revocation if you have expressly agreed that the delivery of the digital content will begin before the end of the revocation period.

When ordering digital products, such as an e-book, you automatically agree to waive your right of withdrawal, as the service will be provided immediately or upon delivery of the e-book.

Important note

Carrying out a returned direct debit does not constitute a valid revocation and is associated with additional costs, which you must be billed for and borne by yourself.
