• By booking you automatically confirm my Conditions.

• All prices include the currently valid VAT of 19%.

• Coaching can be claimed for tax purposes.

• The "Coaching Start" product is only for new customers and can only be booked once. 

• When booking at least five hours of coaching, the amount of the "Coaching Start" will be charged.

• When booking the "Personality" coaching, the license costs for the insights analysis are included.

• Appointments can be postponed or canceled up to 48 hours before the appointment.

• Appointment changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours to the appointment will be charged in full.

• No entitlement to the booked appointment. In individual cases, there may be deviations from the booked dates. 

• All coaching is held live online and via zoom, without video recording.

• No return or guarantee.
